摘　　要：随着IT技术的发展,IT人才的培养模式急需改革。该文探讨了与国际接轨,开创IT人才培养的新模式,改革教学理念、教学方法、课程设置等,充分体现国际化的特点,也体现了IT教育的特点。<Abstrcat>With the development of Information Technology, the model of training IT talents starves for innovation. This paper discusses the methods of setting up the new training model of IT talents, meeting internationalization. For example, innovating the teaching idea, teaching methods and course setup, etc. This paper incarnates the international characteristic enough, and incarnates the characteristic of IT education as well.
