摘　　要：企业在人力资源管理上存在着诸多问题,如对人才鉴定缺乏科学标准、激励机制难以有效地激发人才潜能,人才流失与人才断层以及人力资源开发与企业战略脱节等等改进人力资源管理,是企业转换经营机制、适应知识经济要求和提升核心竞争力的需要。从加强人力资源管理机构和队伍建设入手,完善激励机制,创建企业"人才库",注重人才技能培训和人才的使用性开发与政策性开发等,压当成为当前改进人力资源管理的选择。There are many problems in enterprises' H.R management. Improving H.R management is required to meet the need of enterprises operation mechanism transform,knowledge economy and core competitive power improvement.The countermeasures are perfecting stimulation mechanism,stressing on talents' training and development.Construction of talents storehouse is also rather important.Strengthening H.R management should firstly construct structures of H.R management department itself.
