摘　　要：考试是教学的指挥棒,传统的实验教学考试方法思想简单化,目的功利化,内容教材化,题型共性化,形式单一化,评分精确化,难以激励学生学习的主动性、积极性和创造性,不利于实验能力和科学素养的培养。因此要树立现代考试观,建立科学命题制,创新题型,选择不同考法,规范成绩构成,改善实验条件,完善考试管理,加大研究力度,从而为培养创新人才营造良好的外部环境。At present,test directs and guides the teaching.The existed medical tests of experimental course can hardly drive students' autonomy,initiative and creativity,which is disadvantageous to the cultivation of experimental competence and research ability.Keeping modern testing system in mind,we must try to find a testing mechnism that is scientific,up-to-date and differential. Testing management should be improved to create a favorable environment for innoative talents.
