摘　　要：通过对药学专业一年级高专学生职业指导的实践,探索职业指导的方法,分析职业指导过程中存在的问题,提出了药学专业一年级高专学生职业指导的要点。This articlet summarized the experience in conduting vocational guidance to pharmical freshman,explored methods of vocational guidance,and analysed the problems produced from the guidance.At last some important advices are presented for vocational guidance of pharmical freshman.
