摘　　要：大学体育是高等学院素质教育实施的重要内容与手段。高校体育教师在学生素质教育中起着重要的作用。体育教师应该在体育素质教育观、知识结构、思维方式、自身各方面能力上不断提高自己的素质,并能够利用现代化教学方法和手段。University and College P.E. is one of the important aspects and means of quality education. P. E. teachers are playing important role in students' quality education. P. E. teachers should keep improving their own quality of view of qual-ity education, knowledge structure, their way of thinking and other respects of ability, and can make use of modern teaching method and technology, thus can fully play their role in university and college quality education.
