摘 要:学分制在教学管理上主要表现为选课制与弹性学制,它具有较强的开放性,便于因材施教,有利于调动师生教学的积极性与自主性。当前,随着社会经济与基础教育不断发展,国民素质教育的全面推进,对高师院校培养人材的规格必然提出新的更高的要求,与此同时,在社会主义市场经济的推动下,学生的竞争意识与自主性要求日益加强。在这种态势下,实行学分制,改革长期形成封闭性的教学管理制度,实在是势所必行。然而学分制不是孤立的,为此,要建立与21世纪高师人才培养要求相适应的课程体系,完善新的教学管理制度,并且实现教务管理的现代化。With a concentrated expression of a system of elective courses and elasticity in teaching administration,the credit system has open characteristics and helps teach students in accordance with their aptitude, which is advantageous for both teachers and students to bring in play teaching initiative and act on their own. Now with the development of social economy and elementary education and with the advance of national quality-oriented education, it is very natural to have higher demands on college graduates. At the same time, with the motive force of socialist market economy, students are fully aware of fierce competitions and independence. In such a situation, the only way out is to carry out the credit system, to reform the old, closed teaching administration. But the credit system is not isolated, it is necessary to establish a course system that suits training demands of higher talented men for the 21 century to perfect the teaching administration so as to realize the modern educatlonal adminlstration.
