摘　　要：Studies have demonstrated that there are two types of PSI (PSI-1 and PSI-2) particles in some higher plants. These two types of PSI particles are proved to differ in organization and distribution on thylakoid membranes. PSI-1 mainly exists in the non-partition regions of thylakoids, while PSI-2 mainly in the partition regions.Studies have demonstrated that there are two types of PSI (PSI-1 and PSI-2) particles in some higher plants.
