摘　　要：In the present study, human IL-2 gene wastransferred into human erythroleukemic cell line K562 bythe retroviral vector LYCN. The effects on theproliferative activity of the IL-2-gene-modified K562 cells（K562/IL2） were studied. 18 Days after transduction,flow cytometry analysis indicated that （K562/IL2）accumulated at phase G₂. By day 30, the portion ofK562/IL2 was low at G₀/G₁, but still high at G₂.
