摘  要:通过对灰树花胞外多糖的发酵研究,根据Logistic方程,提出了发酵过程中菌体生长、胞外多糖合成、基质消耗的动力学模型。采用数据分析软件对实验数据进行处理,得到了灰树花发酵合成胞外多糖的动力学模型参数,并对实验数据与模型进行了比较,结果表明模型与实验数据能较好地拟合,基本上反映了灰树花分批发酵胞外多糖过程的动力学特征。In this paper, the kinetics characteristic of extracellular polysaccharide producd by Grifola frondosa was investigated, and a series kinetic models were put forward based on the Logistic equation for microorganism growth, extracellular polysaccharide formation and substrate consumption. The experiment data was processed with software, then the kinetics parameters of extracellular polysaccharide producing with liquid's batch fermentation were obtained, and the experiment data and models were compared also. The results showed the model and the experiment data were fit well, and the model appears to provide a reasonable description for the batch fermentation process.
