摘　　要：高等技术教育在我国惯称高等职业教育,是我国高等教育的重要组成部份,发展十分迅速。但在一些主要的教学理念上,尚未取得共识。笔者认为以下相互关联的三个问题是必须首先理清的,即培养目标、能力内涵和学科建设。Higher technology education, commonly known as higher vocational education in China, is a very important part of higher education, and enjoys rapid growth. However, consensus on some main ideas concerning teaching has not been reached. It is pointed out that the following three inter-related aspects needs clarifying including goals of training, nature of abilities, and programs development.
