摘　　要：独立学院具有独特的办学特点,找到一条适合独立学院学生的教学之路是亟待解决的问题。从独立学院学生的特点、教师的特点、教学模式和教学方法的特点、课程体系的特点、教学内容的特点5个方面分析独立学院工程力学课程的教学特点及存在的问题,提出综合运用多种教学模式、建立高素质教师队伍、优化课程体系、加强教材建设等措施。Independent colleges have special runing characterastics. It is an important issue to find a proper way of teaching suitable for the students in independent colleges. This article analyzes the teaching characterastics and the existing problems of the course of engineering mechanics from five aspects, namely, the characterastics of students, the features of teachers, the characterastics of teaching modes and methods, the characterastics of course system, and the characterastics of teaching contents of independent colleges. It also brings forward some countermeasures, such as applying multiple teaching modes synthetically, establishing high quality teaching staff, optimizing course system, and enhancing teaching stuff.
