中小学综合素质评价中的问题及对策——对福建省中小学的个案调查分析

摘　　要：综合素质评价实施的必要性和必然性已经得到了人们的肯定，但是在实施过程中出现的一些问题仍值得我们重视。本文从综合素质评价实施中呈现出的问题出发，主要通过问卷调查和访谈的方式。分析影响综合素质评价实施的因素，并在此基础上，提出几点完善综合素质评价改革的对策，通过对中小学综合素质评价的实践探索，以期改进和完善综合素质评价的实施。The necessity and inevitability of the general quality evaluation of the implementation has been affirmed, but some questions appearing in the course of implementing are still worth our paying attention to. This paper sets out from the problems emerged from the implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation. Mainly through questionnaire surveys and interviews, it analyzes the factors of the impact on the implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation. On this basis it proposes a few reform measures to improve the comprehensive quality evaluation. Through exploring the practice of general quality of evaluation in primary and secondary school , with a view to improve and perfect the implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation.
