摘　　要：文章阐述了对护理本科生开展职业生涯发展规划全程教育的必要性以及实施的方法,以帮助教师将职业生涯发展规划的知识运用于护理专业教学中,提升学生专业发展的科学性和有效性。This paper introduced the necessity and the implementation of the holistic education of the professional planning for the graduate nursing students so as to help the teachers to perform professional planning in nursing education and improve the science and effectiveness of the professional development.
