摘　　要：日本文部科学省于2008年3月28日公布了新的《小学数学学习指导要领》（简称《要领》），新《要领》的内容结构与日本现行的《要领》相比发生了较大的变化。分析《要领》基本框架和内容的调整特点，可对我国小学数学课程改革提供参考和借鉴。The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology （MEXT） ot Japan issued a new Primary School＇s Learning Guidelines for Mathematics （hereinafter referred to as ＂Guidelines＂） on March 28, 2008. The content structure of the guidelines differs from that of current Primary School＇s Learning Guidelines for Mathematics applied in Japan considerably. The essay gives an analysis on the basic framework and characteristics of the adjustment of the Guidelines for the purpose of providing reference for the reform of mathematics curriculum in primary schools of China.
