浅析视频会议系统在在职培训和继续教育中的应用

摘　　要：简要介绍了视频会议系统的定义、发展趋势及其应用,基于在职工作人员培训和继续教育的现状,探讨了视频会议系统在在职培训和继续教育中的优势,针对影响视频会议系统在在职培训和继续教育中应用的因素,提出了相应的建议。This paper briefly introduces the definition, development trend and application of video eonferencing system, and based on the present situation of in-service personnel＇s part-time training and continuous education, probes into the superiorities of video conferencing system in the part-time training and continuous education, and in the light of the factors restricting the application of video conferencing system in the part-time training and continuous education, puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
