摘  要:目的了解内科住院病人的营养状况,并提出合理建议,以积极配合营养治疗,促进疾病康复。方法采用24h膳食回顾法,对122名内科住院病人膳食摄入情况进入随机调查,参考《每日膳食中营养素供给量》提供的标准进行评价。结果被调查内科住院病人人均每天能量和蛋白质摄入分别为7.8MJ和74.1g,各占RNI的102.9%和84.3%。蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物供能百分比分别为15.9%、24.6%、59.5%,基本合理。膳食中的蔬菜、豆类及豆制品、奶及奶制品摄入不足,不同疾病的内科病人钙、维生素A和维生素B2的摄入均不同程度不足。但心血管疾病患者营养过剩与营养缺乏同时存在。结论加强内科住院病人的健康教育,使患者知道如何根据病情需要合理调整膳食,以增强疗效,促进康复。Objective To understand the nutritional status and propose reasonable suggestions for medical patients in hospital. Methods A total of 122 medical patients in hospital were surveyed randomly by the 24-hour dietary review method, and the results were evaluated according to Recommended Dietary Allowance. Results The energy and protein per person were 7.8 MJ and 74.1 g, which were 102.9% and 84.3% of RNI. The energy ratios of protein, fat and carbohydrate were 15.9%, 24.6%, and 59.5%, respectively. The vegetable, legumes and legume production, milk and milk production were lack, and calcium, Vit A and Vit B2 were inadequate according to RNI in different patients. Over nutrition and nutrition depletion were coexistence in cardiovascular disease patients. Conclusions The health education should be strengthened in medical patients, so as to adjust dietary structure reasonably according to their diseases to promote rehabilitation.
