摘 要:目的建立《危重症监护技术训练》实验(训)课程体系,系统训练和培养护理专业学生ICU基本操作技能。方法查阅我院开展危重症监护技能教学及危重症监护实验室(ICL)建设的相关资料,采用半结构式专题访谈担任相关课程教学的12名教师,专题讨论目前重症监护课程体系教学存在的主要问题、整合构建《危重症监护技术训练》课程的可行性、课程性质、课程类型、课程内容、考核方式、学时学分分配、开设时间等。结果现有的危重症监护技能教学存在课程门类多、开课时间跨度长、实验教学项目少等问题;整合构建《危重症监护技术训练》课程,性质为专业必修课,类型为实验(训)课程,34学时,2学分,第3学年第2学期开课。结论在我院现有条件的基础上,构建《危重症监护技术训练》实验(训)课程,对加强护理专业学生校内实践能力培养环节,整合教学资源,改革教学模式,实现人才培养目标等具有现实意义。Objective To construct a system of laboratory curricula for intensive care and to train the nursing students' intensive care skills systematically. Methods Materials about the intensive care skills teaching and the construction of intensive care lab(ICL) in our nursing college were reviewed, and half structure interviews were conducted to 12 teachers for discussing the main problems of the course, as well as their views for integration eg. practicability, characteristics, styles, contents, appraisal method, learning hours and allocation, starting time,etc. Results There were lots of problems in present intensive care skill training, eg too many sorts, too long span and shortage of experimental projects, and so on. A new intensive care skill training course was constructed, with the characteristics as follows., compulsory and experimental course, 34 learning hours, 2 credits, started in the second semester of the 3rd year of school time. Conclusion On the present condition of our school, the new integrated course can make full use of ICL, enhance the effect of skill training and finally cultivate high quality nurses.
