摘　　要：讨论了ann-平坦模的等价刻画及性质,特别地证明了:对于正合列ξ:0→K→Mg→M1→0,其中M为ann-平坦左R-模,M1是ann-平坦模左R-模当且仅当对于环R的任意有限生成的右零化子r(L),R/r(L)ξ正合.同时讨论了ann-平坦模与其它某些环模的关系.In this paper, the equivalent definition and the properties of the ann-flat module are studied Especially it is proved that let M be an ann-flat left R-module and suppose that the sequence ξ：0→K→Mg→M1→0 is exact, then Ms is ann-flat if and only if for each finitely generated r（L）,R/r（L）Xξ is exact. At the same time, the relations of ann-flat modules with some rings and modules are discussed .
