摘  要:本试验研究饲喂不同来源鸡蛋黄对OCR小鼠血脂指标、总抗氧化能力、抗疲劳能力以及脏器系数的影响。将40只健康的OCR种小鼠随机分成4组,饲料中分别添加20%普通鸡蛋黄、仙居鸡蛋黄、饲料中添加海藻的仙居鸡蛋黄、饲料中添加蝇蛆的仙居鸡蛋黄,试验期30d。结果显示,饲料中添加海藻粉的仙居鸡蛋黄能够显著降低小鼠血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白含量(P<0.05),显著提高抗氧化与抗疲劳能力(P<0.05),对脏器系数影响不显著(P>0.05)。The objective of the research was to determine the effects of feeding different kinds of yolk on bloodfat,total antioxidant capacity,anti-fatigue ability and organ coefficient.Forty healthy OCR mice were randomly divided into 4 groups, and each group was respectively fed on basal diet supplementation of 20 % of common yolk, yolk of normal Xianju hens,yolk of Xianju hens raised on seaweed powder feed additives and yolk of Xianju hens raised on maggots feed addi- tives.The trail period was 30 days.The result indicated that yolk which were produced by hens fed seaweed powder decrease the contents of TC ,TG and LDL-C, and can significantly increased antioxidant capacities and anti-fatigue abilities. There was no significant difference in the relative weight of inner organs.
