摘　　要：人才培养的市场性、人才个体的适应性以及人才使用的实践性,是区域高职院校人才培养质量的重要特征。坚持"以就业为导向"的办学规律、坚持行动性教学规律以及坚持人才培养的实践性规律则是区域高职院校人才培养质量的保证。区域高职院校应注意处理好市场性专业与特色性专业、行动性教学与素质教育、人才培养与服务地方的关系。Talent training marketability, the adaptive of talent individuals and the practical of talent employment, are an important characteristic of quality of the regional vocational training college. Adhere to the ＂employment--oriented＂ of the law of running a school, to insist the law of action teaching, as well as insist the law of the practical training is a regional vocational training college to ensure the quality. Regional Vocational Colleges should be deal with the relationship between the major of market characteristics and special major, the operational teaching and quality education, talent training and services the region.
