摘 要:"以生为本"要求男幼师培养工作"一切为了男生、为了一切男生、为了男生的一切";"因性施教"要求男幼师培养工作必须考虑男生的性别特征、专业思想、就业理想、学习环境、心理压力及社会对男幼师的专业要求等。"以生为本"体现了男幼师培养工作的人本性特征,两性差异的心理学研究成果是男幼师培养"因性施教"的理论依据,学前教育专业男生的生存状态及男生教育的落后面貌是男幼师培养"以生为本"、"因性施教"的现实依据。Taking students for essence requests that educators foster male kindergarten teachers, all for boy students, for all boy students and for students' everything. Teaching students based on gender differences request that educators must think of boy students' sex characteristic, thoughts about specialization, employment ideal, learning environment, pressure, and social demand in the process of fostering male kindergarten teachers. Taking students for essence indicates taking human for essence of fostering male kindergarten teachers. Psychology research results about gender differences are theories basis of fostering male kindergarten teachers based on gender differences. Boy students' survival condition and backwardness of boy student education of pre - school education majors are reality basis of taking students for essence and teaching them based on gender differences in the process of fostering male kindergarten teachers.
