摘　　要：本文使用LabVIEW和IMAQ Vision以及Motion软件包,结合PCI-1405图像采集卡和PCI-7330运动控制卡等硬件设备搭建一个在线的通过字符识别来检测PCB板上芯片的系统。运用图像增强,中值滤波使拍摄到的芯片图像质量最佳,然后运用字符特征提取、特征细化、动态规划比对法等图像处理方法实现对芯片标签上的字符的识别。This paper composes a online system to examine chip on the PCB by the characters identification using LabVIEW and IMAQ Vision,combined with the PCI-1405 images acquiring board and PCI-7330 motor control hardware device.Using image processing arithmetic such as image enhance and median wave to make the quality of the images to be the best.Then realize the identification of the characters on the chips by picking up and thinning the characteristic,dynamic contrast programming.
