摘　　要：基础教育新课程对教师素养提出了全新的要求。深刻认识新课程对教师素养的要求和高师院校在教师教育转型期面临的压力和机遇,构建高师院校教师教育"5+3"培养模式,对促进我国教师培养质量的提高和教师教育体制的创新,具有较高的价值取向。The new curriculum reveals new requirements for the teachers. Profound understanding ol the new curriculum and quality requirements of teacher education at teachers colleges face challenges. The ＂5 ＋ 3＂ model is discussed in the paper with the purpose of improvement of the quality of teachers.
