摘　　要：目的检测邯郸市妇幼医院急诊科送来的中毒患儿洗胃液,以确定引起中毒事件的物质。方法进行流行病学调查和实验室确证。结果同玩耍的4名儿童中有3名儿童误服地瓜米,均发病,1名未服者未发病和实验室检测排除毒鼠强等农药中毒,而确认是一起食用地瓜米引起的中毒事件。结论地瓜米食物中毒必须引起人们的高度关注和高度重视。[ Objective ] To detect the gastric lavage fluid sent by emergency department of maternal and child hospital so as to identify the material caused poisoning. [ Methods] Epidemiologieal investigation and laboratory confirmation were conducted. [ Results] The poisoning induced by seeds of pachyrhizus erosus was based on the fact that 4 related children, 3 poisoned with the behavior of eating the seeds of pachyrhizus erosus, 1 did not poison without eating the seeds of pachyrhizus erosus; and confirmed by laboratory tests in terms of excluding Tetramine poisoning, etc. [ Conclusion ] The food poisoning caused by the seeds of pachyrhizus erosus should attract more attention.
