摘　　要：二维凝胶电泳(two-dimensional electrophoresis,2-DE)是蛋白质组研究的核心技术,由于在蛋白质组学研究中的重要作用近年来备受关注。对在微生物蛋白质组学研究中的二维凝胶电泳技术的原理、主要步骤、应用、面临的问题和未来展望进行了概述。Two-dimensional electrophoresis is the core technology of proteome study. Due to its importance in proteomics research, two-dimensional electrophoresis has received considerable interests in recent years. This paper summarized the principle, the main technique steps, the application, the problem and the prospect of the two-dimensional gel electrophoresis in the research of microbial proteomics.
