抑芽剂对贮藏马铃薯品质与出芽的影响

摘　　要：为了验证实验室研究的贮藏马铃薯抑芽剂配方在生产中的应用效果,对威宁种植的4个马铃薯品种施用抑芽剂后贮藏6个月,并对期间的重量损失,淀粉、还原糖、干物质含量进行了测定。结果表明,参试4个品种在贮藏期内均未出芽,而且其化学成分变化幅度不大,极大地保存了马铃薯的原有品质。说明,抑芽剂确实有较好的抑芽效果,便于农户使用,值得推广。The germination inhibiting agent made by Guizhou Bio-technological Institute was tested in 4 potato varieties to study the effects on germination, weight loss and content of starch, reducing sugar and dry matter of potato during the storage period of 6 months. The results showed that all tested potato varieties did not germinate and the change range of their chemical components was not obvious and the original quality was well kept during the storage period, which indicates that the germination inhibiting agent with the better inhibiting germination effect can be popularized in potato storage in farmer households.
