高职院校体育选项课教师资源的调查与实证分析

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,通过对黑龙江省高职院校体育师资情况和体育选项课的实施状况调研,结果表明:黑龙江省多数高职院校学校领导对体育课重视不够,教师队伍结构不合理,教师对《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》的认识不够,师资力量欠缺.针对存在问题提出了倡议性建议.Situation of teacher resources and elective course of sports in higher vocational colleges have been investigated by literature consultation, visit investigate, mathematical statistics method. The results showed that a lots of leaders in higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang province pay no attention to sports course, unreasonable structure of teachers, awareness about ＂The Outline of the Methodology in Physical Truing of All China＇s Common Institutions of Higher Learning＂ is unclear, shortage of teachers, and get constructive suggestions.
