国外公民教育的实施对我国职业学校德育的启示

摘　　要：借鉴吸收美国、英国、澳大利亚、新加坡等发达国家开展公民教育的经验，我国职业学校的德育内涵应向公民教育延伸，以公民教育作为职业学校德育新的着力点，把公民道德、公民价值、公民知识和公民能力作为其核心目标。为此，德育课程的教学主体、教学形式、教学方法、学习方式、评价模式、保障机制等都要实现相应的变革。Referring experiences of citizenship education in developed countries of the USA., Britain, Australia and Singapore, the connotations of moral education of vocational schools in China should extend to citizenship education, take citizenship education as new emphasis of moral education and take citizenship morality, citizenship value, citizenship knowledge and citizenship abilities as core objectives. Therefore, the teaching subject, teaching mode, teaching method, learning mode, evaluation model and assurance mechanism of moral education courses should reform accordingly.
