摘  要:基础教育新课程改革提出后,我国各地迅速开展并积极实施起来,在取得良好成果的同时,仍有相当一部分教师的教学观念与新课改的要求存在矛盾冲突,具体表现在教学目标、教学内容、教学方式、教学评价等方面。解决这一冲突是教育教学不断发展的客观要求,教育工作者需采取脱产培训、校本培训、"精神自觉"等策略来消解冲突,从而提高教育教学质量。After the proposing of new curriculum reformation, all over our country develop speedily and implement actively. While it obtains favorable production, there are still some teachers teaching idea come into conflict with the request of new curriculum reform that embody many aspect such as teaching goals, teaching content, teaching style, teaching evaluation and so on. To solve the conflict is an objective demand of continuous development of education and teaching. Educators should adopt such strategies as off-the-job training, school-based training and spiritual consciousness to resolve the conflict and consequently improve teaching quality.
