摘　　要：由于反式脂肪酸与心血管疾病等密切相关,所以在近几年来引起了大众和科学家的极大关注。本文主要对反式脂肪酸安全性的一些最新研究进展进行了综述。Scientists and the masses had great interesting in trans fatty acid in recent years, because it had close relation to many diseases, such as cardiovascular disease. The present researches about safety of trans fatty acid were reviewed in this paper.
