金花茶多酚抗氧化性能的研究

摘　　要：通过4种不同的抗氧化体系,研究了金花茶多酚的抗氧化性能,并与绿茶多酚、维生素C、维生素E、没食子酸进行了比较,结果表明金花茶多酚具有一定的抗氧化活性.对于不同的抗氧化体系,它们的Ic50各不相同,清除自由基能力的大小顺序为:H2O2>.OH>O2-.金花茶多酚具有与市售绿茶多酚一样良好的抗氧化性能.The antioxidation property of polyphenols in Camellia ehrysantha was investigated in four different antioxidant systems and was compared with green tea polyphenols,Vc, VE and gallic acid. The results showed that polyphenols of Camellia chrysantha have a certain antioxidation activity. Their Ic50 were differ from each other in different antioxidant systems . The sequence of free radical scavenging capacities was as follows ： H2O2 〉·OH 〉 O2^-. It is proved that the antioxidation property of polyphenols of Camellia chrysantha is similar to that of the green tea polyphenols.
