摘  要:用丙酮作为攻毒物质,研究了茶油抗有毒物质的作用。先以丙酮拌料饲喂小白鼠一周,观察丙酮的危害性。结果发现丙酮饲料配比为5mL/kg以上时均可使小白鼠肝脾器官受到一定程度的损害,且随着丙酮比例的增加,小白鼠肝脾损害越明显。然后以丙酮为溶剂,将茶油配成体积浓度分别为4%~10%茶油溶液后,再分别与饲料按10mL/kg的比例搅拌均匀,饲喂小白鼠一周。结果显示,4%的茶油溶液就能保护试验小白鼠有效抵抗饲料配比为9.6mL/kg的丙酮毒害,且随着茶油浓度的升高,对小鼠保护及保健作用越明显。从而证实了茶油具备抗有毒化学物质-丙酮毒害的作用,对机体有良好的营养保健作用。Taking acetone as an experimental poison, the function of camellia oil to resist chemical poison was studied. Feeding white mice with acetone mixed feed to test the damage of acetone, it was revealed that the feed mixed with acetone more than 5 mL/kg could cause damage for mice liver and spleen, and the damage was more evident with increasing acetone proportion. Then, taking acetone as solvent to prepare camellia oil solutions of concentration 4%-10%, the solutions were used to mix feed in dose of 10 mL/kg and feeding the test white mice with the mixture for a week. Results show that the camellia oil solution of concentration 4 % can protect the mice against the poison of feed mixture with acetone 9.6 mL/kg. Additionally, with the camellia oil concentration increase, the protection function is more obvious. It is proved that camellia oil can protect animal organs from the damage of poison chemical acetone, and provide well health protection for organisms.
