摘  要:特级教师制度在被社会历史赋予新的内涵的同时也遭遇了现实困境。特级教师评选和管理方面,特级教师的"专业身份"与"荣誉称号"之间的边界却相当模糊。强调评选的"学术标准"而淡化"师德标准"也导致其意义缺失。特级教师制度的激励和导向功能淡化也导致价值错位。另外,特级教师制度应该适应教育新情境而创新其发展功能。The super-teacher system has got in plight when it was endowed with new connotation by the social history. In the evaluation and management process, the boundary between the "professional status" and the "honour title" is quite unclear. An emphasis on academic standard and neglect on teacher's ethics standard in its evaluation leads to its flaw in significance. The weakening of the motivation and guidance function also causes the value mismatch. What's more, the super-teacher system should adapt to the new educational conditions and make innovation in its development function.
