摘 要:提出了考虑时域硬约束条件的车辆主动悬架H∞输出反馈控制器设计方法。基于线性矩阵不等式处理方法,提出并证明了该控制器存在的充分条件。以提高车辆乘坐舒适性为目标,取车身垂直加速度响应为控制输出向量,悬架动挠度、车轮动静载荷比响应和所需控制力为约束输出向量,基于1/4车辆模型进行了主动悬架设计。仿真结果表明,即使车辆模型参数存在一定程度的不确定性,提出的控制策略在提高车辆乘坐舒适性的同时,能很好地兼顾车辆的其他性能要求。H∞ output feedback control strategy for linear systems with time-domain hard constraints was proposed, and its application to active suspensions was presented. In the framework of linear matrix inequality optimization, sufficient conditions for the existence of such a constrained H∞ output feedback controller, as well as detail steps for the controller designing were given. The proposed approach was applied to design active suspension systems on the basis of a two-degree-of-freedom quarter car model, with vertical body acceleration chosen as controlled outputs and dynamic suspension deflection, relative dynamic tire load, and control force chosen as constrained outputs. Simulation results show that the proposed constrained H∞ controller can achieve a promising improvement on ride comfort, while keeping dynamic suspension deflections, dynamic tire loads and control forces within given bounds, even variations of the vehicle model parameters exist.
