摘　　要：甲烷菌是一个古老的原生菌。随亨格特(Hungate)无氧分离技术发展以来,人们对甲烷菌的研究逐渐深入。从产甲烷菌生存环境分离、筛选出新的产甲烷菌种。20世纪90年代对甲烷菌的探讨、研究比较多,近10年的研究比较少。简述了产甲烷菌的发展历史及分类;对甲烷菌的分离、筛选、鉴定和纯化等方面的研究进展进行概述,对甲烷菌的研究及应用提出了建议。Methanogenic bacteria is a kind of Proterozoic bacteria. With the development of Hungate oxygen-free separation techniques, people gradually know more about methanogenic bacteria. New methanogenic bacteria species were separated from the living space of methanogenic bacteria. In 1990＇s, a large amount of research on methanogenic bacteria was conducted. However, such research decreased in recent 10 years. In this paper, the development history and the classification of methanogenic bacteria was introduced. Besides, the research progress in the isolation, filtration,identification and purification of methanogenic bacteria was illustrated and the recommendations for the research and the application of methanogenic bacteria were put forward. （Tran. by YUE Yang）
