摘 要:沟通满意度作为组织有效沟通的一个重要评价指标,对提高员工的工作积极性、工作效率,增加员工对组织的责任感起着重要作用。本研究基于领导成员交换理论,分析了领导成员交换关系与沟通满意度的相关变量,并构建了沟通满意度与领导成员交换的关系模型。在此基础上,通过调查研究,采用多元统计分析方法对沟通满意度与领导成员交换关系进行了实证研究,研究结果表明:沟通满意度与领导成员交换有正相关关系;沟通满意度中领导的下行沟通比成员的上行沟通对领导成员交换关系的影响更强;领导成员交换质量将影响个体、团队和组织层次上的沟通满意度。The communication satisfaction (CS)is an important evaluation indicator for the effective communication of the organization, and plays an important role in facilitating the working enthusiasm, improving the work efficiency, and increasing the sense of responsibility of the staff. Based on Leader-Member exehange(LMX)theory, this study constructs a conceptual model on the relationship between communication satisfaction and leader-member exchange. By using data from the questionnaire, this research does the empirical study on the relationship between communication satisfaction and leader-member exchange. The results show that: there are positive correlation between communication satisfaction and leader-member exchange, the downward communication satisfaction of the leader has much stronger effects on the leader-member exchange than the upward communication satisfaction of the member, the seven variables of the communication satisfaction will increase accompany with the improvement of the leader-member exchange quality on all the individual, team and organization levels.
