摘　　要：精神文化是校园文化的核心和灵魂。高职校园文化建设的成功与否取决于校园精神文化的塑造。江苏高职校园文化的建构要以"江苏精神"为宏大背景,以校园精神文化的重塑、教育观念的更新和校园文化主体作用的发挥为基础,重点培养学生的科学和理性精神、倡导创业和创新精神、鼓励冒险和闯荡精神。Spiritual culture is the core and soul of campus culture. The success of higher vocational campus culture construction depends on the establishment and development of its spiritual culture. The construction of higher vocational campus culture in Jiangsu should focus on the cultivation of students＇ scientific and rational spirit, advocation of entrepreneurship and innovative spirit, stimulation of risk-taking and challenging spirit, on the basis of transforming the campus spiritual culture and updating the educational concepts, with ＂Jiangsu Spirits＂ as its background.
