摘　　要：英才教育曾因其价值指向与教育公平相悖而广遭诟病,但英国的英才教育新政策却成功地实现了价值的转向,并为这一转向设置了坚实的技术保障。英国英才教育政策价值指向的调整以及对技术保障的设置,为我国教育界提供了若干有益启示。The gifted and talented education has been criticized because its value direction contradicts educational equity, but in England, the new policy of gifted and talented education succeeds in changing its value, and in establishing solid technical support. The adjustment of value direction of gifted and talented education policy and the establishment of technical support in England provide our education with beneficial inspiration.
