摘  要:职业技术人才评价在石化企业人才配置中占据主导地位,通过对石化企业职业技术人才的分类和特点分析,深入剖析了职业技术人才评价指标体系的结构框架,提出利用指标聚类法进行评价指标归类,挑选典型指标作为评价依据,从而达到指标降维,简化评价过程,快速提供有效评价结果的目的。以锦州石化公司职业技术人才评价指标的聚类分析为例,说明了这一方法的有效利用。Evaluation of occupational skill talent holds a dominant position in human scheme of petrochem- ical enterprise. By analyzing the classification and characteristics of occupational skill talent in petrochemi- cal enterprise, an evaluation index system frame of occupational skill talent was deeply anatomized. Index clustering analysis was adopted to classify evaluation indexes, and representative indexes were chosen as e- valuation basis. Accordingly, dimensionality of indexes was reduced, evaluation process was simplified, and effective evaluation result was provided quickly. The index clustering analysis of occupational skill talent evaluation in Jinzhou Petrochemical Company was made an example to show the effective use of this method.
