摘 要:矿物油在人体内可能导致健康问题,但在许多动物养殖场和疫苗制造厂家仍然使用矿物油作为疫苗佐剂。因此,找到一种高效率的方法来测定动物性食品的残留情况是非常重要的。目前,有许多方法用来确定矿物油污染,但采用GC-MS法检测部分的矿物油尚没有见报道。本研究的目的是建立一个模拟疫苗接种的模式,用矿物油注射15日龄雏鸡,用GC-MS法测定注射后3天和10天左右腿肌肉中残留的矿物油成分。结果发现,利用GC-MS法可检测到右腿注射后3和10天鸡的左右腿肌肉有矿物油主要组成在。矿物残留的检出率为100%,GC-MS分析方法用于肉类矿物油残留测定是一种适合和有效的方法。Mineral oils may cause health problems in human body, but mineral oil is still used as vaccine adjuvant in many animal farms and vaccine manufacture companies. It is important to fred an efficient method to determine the mineral oil residues in meat. There are many methods to determine mineral oil pollution, but it has not been reported to detect the components of mineral oil by means of GC-MS. The objective of this study was to establish a GC-MS method to determine the residue of mineral oil components in chicken chicks with mineral oil, 3 days and 10 days after injecting 15-day-old in a simulated vaccination model. The results showed that GC-MS could determine the major components of mineral oil in chicken both left and right leg meats after intramuscular injection on the right leg for 3 and 10 days. The detection rate of mineral residues in meat was 100% suggesting that GC-MS method is a useful and efficient one for mineral oil determination in meat.
