摘  要:课程决定涉及到课程政策的制定、课程内容的选择、课程方案的编制以及课程实施与评价等。各种课程决定活动都要面临由"由谁决定的问题",因此讨论课程决定的主体问题以及由此所引发的权力关系问题是课程决定研究的重要任务。本文通过对课程决定主体之间相互作用而形成的权力关系的探讨,明确课程决定的各种权力作用方式及运作实质,从而为走向合理的课程决定勾画图景。Curriculum decision refers to the establishment of curriculum policy, the choice of curriculum content,the development of curriculum scheme, the implementation and evaluation of curriculum,but variety and multicultural orientation make curriculum decision subject to the question of "who decides? ". Therefore, it is priority to discuss the main body problem of curriculum decision and its relative relation problem (power problem). As to lead to a rational curriculum decision vision, the paper studies power structure which is formed by the interaction of main bodies of curriculum decision and clear the mode of action of all kinds of powers and the essence of implementation of curriculum decision.
