摘　　要：研究了以硫酸为催化剂，由乳酸和硬脂酸一步法制备硬脂酰乳酸钠。在乳酸∶硬脂酸为２∶１（摩尔比），反应温度１０５±２℃，催化剂用量为１５％，反应时间４ｈ的条件下，所制产品质量符合ＦＡＯ／ＷＨＯ质量标准。The synthetic conditions of sodium stearyl lactylate (SSL) using sulphuric acid as catalyst have been studied.The optimum conditions of preparation have been obtained:the molar ratio of lactic acid to stearic acid is 2∶1,reaction temperature is 105±2℃,the amount of catalyst is 1.5%,reaction time is 4h,the quality of the product is in accord with the standard of FAO/WHO.
