摘  要:美国公立幼儿园项目评估结果表明,参加了公立幼儿园项目的幼儿在语言、读写及数学技能方面有显著优势,即有更高的入学准备水平,而且对来自弱势家庭的儿童也有更好的效果。国内相关研究也表明,入学准备水平对幼儿在未来各方面的发展都有重要影响。因此,国家应该大幅增加财政投入,切实提高弱势家庭幼儿的入学准备水平,构筑保障教育公平的第一道防线。The assessment results of the state-funded prekindergarten programs in America has shown that the programs can remarkably improve children's language,literacy,and math skills,that is to say,these programs can improve the abilities of children's school readiness. What's more, the effects on children from low income families are more remarkable. Some correlative studies in China also show that the abilities of children's school readiness have significant and meaningful effects on their future developments of other abilities. Consequently, the government should invest more money to improve the abilities of children's school readiness whose families are in a devil of a hole, and to build the first line to guarantee the equity of education.
