高职院校实践性教学指导教师管理的思考

摘　　要：对于以培养生产、管理、服务一线的高素质技能型人才的重要任务的高职院校来说,实践性教学指导教师的地位和作用尤为重要。目前这种教师无论在数量和水平方面都不能适应社会发展的需要,因此应该加强对高职院校实践性教学指导教师管理,在此基础上实现高等职业教育的发展目标。With regard to higher vocational college which important task is to cultivate high-quality and technology and ability talented person on the production, management, service of front-line personnel, the status and role of the practical teaching guidance of the teachers is particularly important. At present, this kind of teachers can not adapt to the needs of social development on both quantity and level. Therefore we should strengthen the management of the practical teaching of higher vocational col- leges in order to realize development goals of higher vocational education.
