网络环境下“双师型”师资培训模式创新研究

摘　　要：职业院校师资队伍的建设是职业教育发展的关键,本文通过借鉴国内外职业教育师资队伍建设方面的经验,通过对"双师型"师资培训在模式、内容和系统方面的创新,构建了网络环境下的"双师型"师资培训新模式,实现了远程提高职教师资综合素质的目标。Faculty’s training is key factor to the development of vocational education.By learning from the training experience of teaching staff at home and abroad,and through the innovation of 'Double Type teacher' training mode in the aspects of mode,contents and system innovation,this paper proposes 'Double Type teacher training' mode in Network environment and achieves the goal of long-distance improving the overall quality of teaching staff.
