摘　　要：薏苡仁是我国的传统中药,含有丰富的营养成分和特殊的药用成分,具有多种药理活性。文章就近年来对薏苡仁的营养成分、活性成分、药理作用以及具抗肿瘤作用的薏苡仁油的提取研究现状作一综述,为进一步研究提供参考。Coix seed is one of traditional Chinese medicine, which contains rich nutrients and special ingredients with a variety of pharmacological activity. Being a new anticancer and immune - enhancing drug, it has been used widely. Therefore, the current research status of Coix seed was summarized in this paper for further study. It included the nutritional contents, the active ingredients, the pharmacological functions as well as the extraction of Coix seed oil which can treat cancer.
