摘  要:回顾百年历史,我国职业教育尽管有许多很好的理念却很难成为持续的行动,由此可见模式转型之难。以史为鉴、破难求变,高职教育必须摆脱传统学术教育影响,改革人才培养模式。Looking back at the past hundred years, although there are many good ideas about China's vocational education at the juncture of historical transition, it is difficult for them to become sustained action. As a result, the training mode transformation is very difficult. Learning from the history, the paper points out that higher vocational education must get rid of the impact of traditional academic education and reform personnel training mode.
