摘　　要：对涉及欧盟水产品安全卫生要求的技术法规进行了研究,并跟踪其最新进展,对水产品中兽药残留、污染物、微生物等限量要求进行汇总分析,为我国出口水产品应对欧盟技术壁垒提供借鉴。The technical legislations concerning the safety and sanitation of aquatic products were studied in this paper. New developments of these legislations were also followed up. By collection and analysis of the requirements on veterinary drug residues, contaminations and microorganisms,etc. , the paper will be helpful to the export of aquatic products to EU.
