诊断学教学中人文精神教育的现状及对策

摘　　要：诊断学教学是医学生完成基础学习走向临床实践的重要过渡,除应注重医学知识、临床技能的教育外,还应强调对医学生人文精神的教育。以人为本是医学科学的基本宗旨,是医学模式转变的内在要求,更是缓解医患矛盾、构建和谐社会的迫切需要。目前医学生见习阶段的人文精神教育的现状并不理想,在此分析其人文精神教育滞后的原因并探讨相应的对策。Diagnostics Teaching is the important transition period from the completion of basic medical knowledge to clinic practice. In the period, we should not only pay attention to medical knowledge and clinic techniques,but also emphasize humane spirit education,which is the basic principle of medical science,the intrinsic request of medical mode and especially the urgent request of relieving confliction between doctors and patients and of reconstructing harmonious society. At present,the present situation of humane spirit education of the interns is not ideal. This article tries to analyze the associated reason and discusses the countermeasures.
