An Investigation into the Effectiveness of Educational Technology Literacy Training:A Case Study of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Shenzhen

摘  要:本文采用网上问卷调查法,重点从主讲教师教学情况的评价、培训平台的评价、培训教材的评价、培训课程配套资源的评价等方面进行调查,以调查所获得的数据为依据,总结了深圳市中小学教师教育技术能力培训的效果,分析了产生该效果的原因,并据此对下一阶段教育技术能力培训工作提出建议。In May, 2005, the Ministry of Education, China, launched 'the National Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Educational Technology Literacy Training Initiative'. Shenzhen University's Teachers College started to provide training to teachers in Shenzhen's primary and secondary schools in 2006. This study intended to evaluate the effectiveness of the training sessions, draw useful lessons, identify problems, and propose measures to improve training quality. The online questionnaire used in the study was composed of two parts: trainees' assessment of learning outcomes and their attribution analysis of the training quality. The second part covers evaluation of lecturers, online training platform, training materials, and related resources. The findings reveal that the training was well received by the majority of trainees.
